Updated UbiOps pricing, usage limits and support plans.

On February 1st new subscription pricing for UbiOps SaaS went into effect. This to let our offering, and in particular the support levels, better suit your needs. 

The following changes to our pricing were implemented:

  • Priority support will be added to all paid plans.

To guarantee proper support to all our customers, we now offer priority support to all paying customers, including those on our ‘Basic’ subscription. We no longer differentiate our support level between Basic, Standard and Premium subscriptions, unless you have a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place.

We will continue to serve our users in a Free plan with best-effort support.

  • Adjusted usage limits and prices for our free and basic plans. 

 

The free subscription contains the following:



  • User: 1
  • Projects: 1
  • Deployment versions: 2
  • Compute credits per month (GBh): 20
  • Max. individual and aggregated deployment memory (GB): 4

The “pay as you grow” package is now called “basic”, and contains the following:

  • User: 1
  • Projects: 1
  • Deployment versions: 10
  • Compute credits per month (GBh): 500
  • Max. individual and aggregated deployment memory (GB): 16
  • Log, request and blob retention: 1 week
  • Priority support

 

You can up or downgrade your subscription via the ‘subscription & usage’ tab in the UbiOps webapp. 

If you wish to upgrade your basic subscription to one with higher usage limits, or if you wish to have a dedicated UbiOps installation (either on-premise or in a private cloud), please reach out to us.
